5. Added in a renewal option to be a surrogate. This lets you select how many children you're pregnant with in case you want to go back to a lower size. You can only go as high as your max tier reached allows.

6. Adjusted popularity decay to be based on your tier instead of a hard reset. The bigger your last pregnancy was, the less popularity you lose.

7. Tied popularity into milk prices. Higher popularity = more payout.

8. Added buying multiple of certain items in the store.

9. Added a one time interaction with Trish that explains how to regain self esteem when it drops too low the first time.

10. Small chance a random event happens while advertising.

11. Lots of UI work. I learned how to use Figma, so that was neat. Please let me know if you feel it doesn't fit the theme.

12. Implemented VIP system to the immobile lounge. Comes with three VIP endings and two non VIP endings.

I haven't been this excited to hit publish since I did my initial upload. The VIP system was one of those things that sort of clicked and snowballed into its own system once I started really diving into it. Between that, workflow improvements, a new Trello board to better organize and track what I'm doing (before I was working off a notepad), and the new UI I was having a blast working on everything and kept increasing the amount of content in this patch since the ideas just kept flowing. All that comes crashing down when it's time to make renders though. I always forget that for every new piece of content I write, I have to make a render for it and I can only do that so fast. All in all though this was a very fun patch to work on.

I did a lot of background work in this one, I wanted to find a way to cut down on render time and ended up rendering a set of backgrounds for the immobile hub. Now all I have to do is render the MC and her stage then just paste it over the rendered background. I went from rendering one image in an hour to rendering twenty two images an hour (for the immobile stages at least). The downside is you can sort of tell the stage and chairs don't fit in naturally if you look close. I flew too close to the sun doing that too. I figured I'd pack as many characters into the scene as possible so that the club looked full. Don't do that. It got so bad my computer would just crash any time I tried to open the scene. Lesson learned. I also added in a choice to have the game take place in my creative universe where it's only women and futa's or in a "normal" universe where there's men and women. You'll decide this on a new playthrough, otherwise it defaults to futa world. I redid the sex scenes to reflect this and plan on adding more as time goes on for variety. I also gotta say, I added in something that made me realize I've peaked as an artist. I don't think I will ever create something as amazing as what I did. You'll know when you see it.

Next I added in a new renewal mechanic. If you're not just trying to be as big as you can be, you can now choose how many babies you're pregnant with when you renew in the fertility clinic. The catch is that you can only go as big as your max tier allows. I was going to use this for a quest system where some VIPs would ask you to be pregnant with X amount of babies but I ended up scrapping that idea. The code was already in though so I figured why not keep it?

Recently I put out another feedback form and got some very helpful responses. I was able to implement some of it fairly quickly. One of them being that your popularity resetting to zero after a pregnancy is kinda lame. I agree. Now it decays after a pregnancy and the larger your pregnancy was, the less it decays. There was also a request to be able to buy stacks of items from the store. I couldn't add this in for everything since it'd break the math involved but I did add stacks for certain things like milk capacity and energy (I don't recommend drinking 200+ energy drinks in one sitting IRL).

I was super tired of looking at the default renpy boxes and my terrible UI work. I was going to look around and try to hire a UI artist to make a decent UI but I wanted to take another crack at it before I did that. I found this cool website called Figma that lets you do some neat design things. I got a little carried away and replaced pretty much every UI image in the game. I'm not 100% sold on the new look but it definitely looks better than what was there before. I'd love to hear y'all's thoughts on this one. Does the new UI look out of place or is it fine? I would still love if someone actually skilled in this field could lend a hand but I think this will hold us over until I can either get better at UI stuff or find some help.

I also tried to implement Ren'Py's patching system that ties in with Itch. Hopefully this will be the last time you have to download the entire game. Going forward you should be able to go to the preferences menu and press "check for update". If there's an update it'll download the new files straight from Itch and patch it into your game. I haven't been able to test this since it's the first build with the feature but I'm sure I left a bug somewhere in the game that we can test the updater with.

Finally the big one, VIPs! I put out a little blog post on Itch a while ago explaining the system so I'm not going to dive too deep into that again. Basically there's a new feature where you meet VIP members in the immobile lounge and you build relationships with them until finally you unlock an ending based around them. At the moment there's three VIPs in the game, so that's three VIP endings plus two non VIP endings that you can experience. I consider one of the non-VIP endings to be the canon ending to the game so technically the story is "complete" in the sense that there's now a beginning and an end. I plan to add more as time goes on but a lot of work is involved in making them so I can't dump them all at once. I had initially planned on adding like ten from the get go. That would have been a nightmare. I plan on expanding the system more and adding to the current characters, but I wanted to get the base version of the mechanic in the game so that y'all can get your hands on it and let me know what you do and don't like. I have also added in support for your own custom characters. I made another post about that so if it's something you're interested in, please go check that one out for more info and templates.

That about wraps it up! I gotta say, I didn't expect to get so attached to these characters but when I was writing one of the endings (the one I consider to be the canon ending), I legit became a little sad. I suppose it makes sense considering I spend a large chunk of my free time writing and rendering them, but still, I wasn't expecting that one.
